Starting from 2026, the registration certificates of medicines registered under the national procedure will be canceled
From January 1, 2026, the validity of all registration certificates of medicines registered under national legislation and not brought into compliance with the requirements of the EEC will be canceled.
Currently, there is a transition period in the EAEU countries, which ends on December 31, 2025, and during which medicines registered in accordance with the legislation of the member states must be brought into line with the requirements and rules of the Union.
We remind you that the national procedure for the examination and registration of medicines was carried out until July 1, 2021.
